The proposed office building consists of a six storey office building. The total roof span of the building exceeds 2,632m2. It was proposed to supply a combined grey/rain water recycling system in-line to a common grey/rain water collection point with overflow to the foul drain.
The reclaimed water was then used for WC's flushing within the building.
