The development consists of a three storey medical centre building. The total roof span of the medical centre building exceeded 1,250m2.  



Aquaco supplied a 20,000litre rainwater recycling system in-line fed by a common rainwater collection point with overflow to surface water drain, to which included ground filter, dual submersible pump sets with control panel, float switches, rainwater collection tank with calmed rainwater inlet, mains water back up and overflow.
