Sidcup Fire Station

The proposed development consists of 2 existing buildings with extensions for ablutions and garaging for fire service vehicles. The roof area of the garage building extends to 480m²  and the main building roof area extends to 312m².

It was proposed to supply a 20,000litre rainwater recycling system from all roof areas for the use of vehicle wash down, situated in-line to a common collection point with overflow to surface water drain with collection capacities as follows and to include filters, submersible pump set with control panel, float switch, pressure switch, and pressure gauge.
