In a multi-residential situation, maximum Breeam points are obtained by meeting one of several possible criteria. Hover to see the detailed options then, if you wish, choose from the grey water, rainwater or combined systems below.

To mitigate the flooding effect of storms, additional capacity can be built into the holding tank. As a guide 60 litres extra capacity should, where demand normally exceeds supply, cope with a 100 year 6 hour storm event over one meter of roof area.

Aquaco recommends a below ground rainwater collection tank for economy, frost resistance, temperature control and space saving. If you order an above ground tank the leaf filter will be above ground also. Do you require an above ground tank?

As the rules on Breeam points change, Aquaco cannot advise on these matters and it is for the customer to verify the present rules as they affect the project concerned

The following demonstrates compliance: Where one of the following water recycling strategies has been implemented:
1. Where a rainwater collection tank has been installed and the tank is sized to collect at least 50% of EITHER:
a. The total predicted rainwater run-off from the roof catchment area for the defined period of collection.	Rainwater system
